Memminger Auditorium is available for rent throughout the year for performing arts, special events, weddings, and corporate functions. Built in 1939, the Auditorium was renovated in 2008 into a 10,000 square foot “black box” space that can be set up with or without theatrical seating. It is perfect for fundraisers, receptions and presentations, functioning similarly to a hotel ballroom but with historic yet sleek charm and enhanced technical capabilities. The Auditorium boasts an extensive catwalk system, theatrical lighting, and an additional 2,500 square feet of space for seating storage, catering set-up, and backstage needs. Six dressing rooms provide comfortable space for artists and brides. A beautiful native landscaped garden adjacent to the Auditorium is included in the rental and can be used for additional reception space.
